​1. A standard session is around 50 to 60 minutes and will take place with me virtually through a HIPAA compliant tele-health communication platform.

2. Session rates are $130 for individual & family therapy sessions. I also have limited availability for a sliding scale rate for those who may not be able to pay my full rate at this time. Please inquire about availability.

3. If you are using insurance for treatment or planning to submit a superbill, I will be required to provide you with a diagnosis upon initial treatment.

4. At the initial session, clients will be asked about history, symptoms, and treatment goals. Together we will determine what is the best frequency to attend sessions for you and your needs.
